The new Polar H10 chest heart rate monitor can now be connected to both ANT+ and Bluetooth devices at the same time. Recorded training data can be transferred to Polar Flow or Polar Beat, Polar's free fitness and training app. With an additional 5 kHz transmission, your heart rate is also transmitted in the water. Built-in memory for recording training, allows you to use the sensor autonomously.
Using two electrodes, the Polar H10 captures the electrical discharge that occurs on the surface of the heart muscle during each heart contraction (systole). The measurement is carried out with the accuracy of an electrocardiogram (the possibility of registering R-R intervals):

Polar H10 comes with a soft textile Polar Pro strap with improved electrodes, which will ensure accurate and uninterrupted heart rate tracking. The material has hypoallergenic properties, is comfortable to wear, and silicone points and an improved buckle securely fix the belt on the body even while swimming.
Polar H10 is compatible with iOS mobile devices (iPhone 4S and later) and Android mobile devices with Bluetooth 4.0 support and Android 7 or later.
