Prosource Fit Dip Station floor bars are a proven and effective exerciser for training with your own body weight at home.
The design of the bars allows you to perform classic basic exercises: push-ups at different angles and horizontal body pull-ups.
As an additional support, the bars will help when performing a gluteal bridge or during exercises to develop flexibility, and as a barrier they can be used in plyometric training.
The height is adjustable from 78.7 cm to 89 cm. The super-strong metal construction of the bars can withstand a load of up to 181 kg.
The wide base of each section (40.6 cm) increases the stability of the simulator and reduces the likelihood of tipping over
The grippy rubber coating of the handle protects the brushes from slipping and is securely fixed on the handle. Doesn't scroll
Relief rubber pads on the bases of the stops eliminate sliding on the floor surface
The beams are additionally fixed with each other with the help of a crossbar and sleeve locks. The range of the set width between the bars - from 41 to 58 cm (step 2.5 cm)
