Returns and Exchanges

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase (not counting the day of purchase).

Important:

  • The product must not be used.
  • Save the presentation, labels and seals of the product.
  • Keep the receipt.

Some products are not subject to exchange/return:

  • Socks.
  • Gloves.
  • Products that have seals (for example, a chest strap or strap for it).
